I learned about this amazing beverage in Brazil. It is one of the common juices you can get at their standard juice bars. All you do is take one avocado, 1 cup of milk, and two tablespoons of sugar. Place it all together (I’d put this in a blender and not a juicer), blend, and voila!
It sounds weird, but is delicious!! It works out great for breakfast,because it stays with you for a long time. Avocados are very high fat and calorie, but they are healthy fats, so go ahead and enjoy!! (but don’t have this every day, once or twice a week is perfect).
