    There has been lots of news lately about how healthy organic coconut oil is.  This recipe is a delicious way for you to incorporate it into your diet.
    coconuts
    1 banana
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple
    1/2 cup fresh strawberries
    1 cup milk or water
    1 tbsp organic coconut oil

    Add ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth. This recipe is fairly high in calories, but they are all good calories. This is a great smoothie to start the day, or to keep you going at lunch time.

    I learned about this amazing beverage in Brazil.  It is one of the common juices you can get at their standard juice bars.  All you do is take one avocado, 1 cup of milk, and two tablespoons of sugar.  Place it all together (I’d put this in a blender and not a juicer), blend, and voila!

    It sounds weird, but is delicious!!   It works out great for breakfast,because it stays with you for a long time.  Avocados are very high fat and calorie, but they are healthy fats, so go ahead and enjoy!! (but don’t have this every day, once or twice a week is perfect).
